What is RAPID RESPONSE?
RAPID RESPONSE is our premium specialty service. We PROMISE and GUARANTEE that we will get your lawn cut within 24 hours of receipt of your request*
We really mean that. If we aren’t able to get your job done within the 24 hour window, we will refund your money AND still cut your lawn! That is our promise to you.

Terms and Conditions

  • Rapid Response is only offered to Newcastle/Lake Macquarie regions for standard size lawns that have no more than a month’s worth of growth in peak season (september-april) If you are unsure if your lawn qualifies, please contact us by phone
  • minimum payment of $240 must be made before service is done. 24 hr response time begins from time of payment.
  • Minimum payment covers up to 1 hour of work. Additional fees may be charged depending on scale of work.
